opening times - treatments available tuesday - saturday tuesday - friday 10:00am - 6:00pmsaturday 9:30am - 4:30pm​

 

retreat arrival - we ask politely that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete a full consultation form if you haven't already via our digital copy. please disclose any relevant medical conditions.​

 

pregnancy - it is vital that mothers-to-be advise us when booking, as some treatments will not be suitable for pregnant women. many treatments are only permitted after the first trimester (12 weeks onwards).

 

​late arrivals - please be aware that late arrival may result in your treatment duration being shortened.​

 

cancellation Policy - we require a notice period of 24 hours for all treatments. a 50% charge will be made for bookings cancelled with less than this notice period and a full charge will be made for missed appointments.

 

​Mobile Phones/electronic devices - during your time with us, we would very much appreciate it if you could help us to maintain a certain level of quietness, therefore we ask that you avoid using your mobile devices.​

 

The gift of relaxation - treat someone special to the joy of a retreat gift. gift vouchers can be purchased over the phone with our receptionist and either sent by post or email. our vouchers are valid for twelve months from the purchase date. ​​
